Not long ago, I found myself feeling lost, overwhelmed, and stuck in a cycle of stress and frustration after my stroke.

Journaling, mindfulness, and photography had always interested me, so I began leaning into them more intentionally, hoping they might offer some relief.

What started as small steps soon led to profound changes. I became more grounded and self-assured, less consumed by anger about what had happened, and increasingly resilient in the face of my challenges.

It felt like a light had switched on inside me, illuminating a path toward healing, joy, and renewed purpose. And in that clarity, I knew I had to share this journey with others who were feeling the way I once did.

That’s how this course came to life.

Rooted in both lived experience and backed by research in psychology and well-being, it’s a supportive, transformative space designed to help you reconnect with yourself, find your voice, and begin telling your story—on your terms.

Are you ready to turn the page on your story?
